Ranking Definitions:
0 - Mandatory update; Process Software recommends that all customers install this ECO kit
1 - Recommended; system crash or multiple component failure is possible
2 - Recommended; individual component may fail
3 - Corrects a specific problem; check the README for applicability
Note: An ECO kit will retain its highest ranking; check the README for the ranking of each particular release (i.e, a mandatory update will always be ranked mandatory, though subsequent releases of that ECO kit may not be mandatory).
